Exchanging Your Garments
For any items or garments which do not fit properly we will EXCHANGE the garments providing that:
- The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving it.
- The garment labels or swing tags are still attached to the garment
- The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size)*
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled
- The garment has not been altered by you in any way
- The returned item is accompanied by the original receipt
- The item is returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging.
We will do our best to exchange your item for the correct size in the same style, subject to stock availability. Where we cannot supply the identical style we will offer an exchange of another item of the customer’s choice for the same value.
To ensure that the issue is resolved in the most expedient manner please contact our Customer Service department by email (returns@dreamgirl.com.au or by telephone (1300 556 194) where we will advise you of the most appropriate method to rectify the problem. When returning faulty products the customer must include the original packaging as well as the delivery receipt.
Please note, when purchasing pantyhose or stockings we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
*Please remember to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully.
