If you can see it on our site this means that your order will ship to you within 24 hours (GUARANTEED). On ordering you will receive an email from our customer service section informing you of the date and time of shipping and the Australia Post reference number.
This does not apply to Shoes and Boots - the normal delivery time for these items is up to 14 working days.
When purchasing using our Cheque or Money Order facility (only applies to Australian deliveries), your order will be dispatched upon bank clearance of funds, which usually takes 3-5 working days after receiving your payment. Please add this time to our delivery time frames as stated above
When purchasing using our Direct Deposit facility, your order will be processed upon receipt of funds and bank clearance which usually takes 2-3 working days. Please add this time to our delivery time frames as stated above. Please include your order number when making the deposit.
